Allergosis respiratory

Allergosis respiratory Allergosis respiratory - a group of diseases of the upper respiratory tract of an allergic nature, based on the body's reaction to various irritants( animal hair, house dust, pollen, etc.)

Allergic laryngitis

This disease is most common in young children. Allergic laryngitis can acquire a recurring character: there is hoarseness of the voice, in periods there is a so-called "barking cough";Due to the rapid edema of the lining of the larynx - the stenosis of the larynx is rapidly developing. The attack of suffocation lasts several hours, then, as a rule, by morning, gradually weakens;"Barking cough" disappears, there is only a small enough hoarseness of the voice

Allergic tracheitis

It appears with persistent repeated coughing attacks( more often at night), which cause quite painful sensations, thereby disrupting the normal sleep of the child. During coughing, the child's face turns red, vomiting may occur - which is symptomatic of the period when the is in full swing with

whooping cough. Quite often, allergic tracheitis is combined with bronchitis , laryngitis and other forms of respiratory allergies

Allergic bronchitis

. It is characterized by frequent recurrences, persistent coughing attacks( more often at night), various lungs rash( both wet and dry)

Allergic pneumonia

The most rare form of allergic damage to the respiratory system that occurs either alone or in combination with other forms of respiratory allelesProces. This form is characterized by a very rapid increase and no less rapid reverse development of pathological processes in the lungs( under the influence of desensitizing agents especially)

Allergic rhinitis

The most common form of allergies, which includes seasonal( hay fever) and year-round rhinitis. Seasonal allergic rhinitis occurs due to the allergic reaction of the organism to mold fungi, as well as the pollen of grass grasses, trees and composite plants. This disease is called as pollinosis. The main symptoms: shortness of breath, nasal congestion, sneezing( sometimes paroxysmal), itching in the nose, headache, drowsiness, irritability and general malaise. Often allergic rhinitis is a precursor of bronchial asthma.

In addition, rhinitis may be accompanied by conjunctivitis of of the same nature. This disease affects mainly people aged 15 - 25 years. Quite often allergic conjunctivitis takes a chronic form and proceeds over the years

Treatment of respiratory allergies

Initially, it is necessary to identify the exact cause that led to the development of a specific form of allergosis and, if possible, completely eliminate contact with the revealed allergen. In case of impossibility for any reasons to eliminate contact with the causative antigen( house dust, etc.), a specific hypo-sensitization is prescribed( subcutaneous administration of all large doses of an allergen every time starting from 1: 10,000,000).

It is also necessary to know that almost all allergic diseases appear due to the hyperreactive reaction of the body's immune system, so it is necessary to consult an allergist-immunologist.
