Shortly about the therapeutic effects of

Microclysters are not in vain considered an effective auxiliary method for the treatment of prostatitis. The essence of the therapeutic effect is as follows:

  • Effectively heal wound areas, which inevitably form on the surface of the prostate.
  • This also achieves another action: preparations that irrigate the rectum and which diffusely penetrate into the tissues of the organ, prevent it from scarring and hardening, followed by a decrease in fertility.
  • Promote the onset of regenerative processes in the prostate gland.
  • Reduces the intensity of the inflammatory process in the tissues of the prostate.
  • Helps relax the smooth muscles of the neck of the bladder and reduce swelling of the prostate, thereby allowing the urine to be easier to evacuate from the body.
  • Fight the pathogenic microflora localized in the urinary tract.
  • Helps alleviate pain syndrome.
Of course, by themselves, microclysters have no effect. This is just a tool for the introduction of drugs. It is from the selection of effective tools that the degree of improvement of the general condition and condition of the prostate in particular depends.

Contraindications or when to use enemas can not be

Not always the procedure can be performed. There is a clear list of contraindications to their conduct. Among the grounds for refusal:

  • Microclysters and prostatitis

You can not use microclysters in the acute course of prostatitis

Hemorrhoids in the acute phase. Medicines can lead to irritation of the walls of an already irritated bowel. In the late stages of the course of the disease, contraindication is absolute. On early - you need to wait for the transition of pathology to remission.

  • Diarrhea. In the period of active diarrhea, the conduct of microclysters is contraindicated.
  • Presence in an anamnesis of intestinal tumors. Because of the possibility of increasing the proliferative activity of atypical cells or the probability of ulceration of the neoplasm.
  • Acute phase of prostatitis. The risk is much worse.
Microclysters are carried out only in a subacute or latent stage of prostatitis, when all symptoms of the disease have disappeared or died down to a minimum. Otherwise, the effect will be, but not at all, which the patient relies on.

How to conduct the

The procedure is fairly straightforward. From the classical enema of microclyster differs in the volume and concentration of the drug administered. If an Eschmarch mug is required to hold the enema( a device similar to a heating pad that is filled with water and used to wash the intestine), then microclystia is carried out using a medical pear or syringe.

  1. Body position with microclysters

Body position at low doses of enema( microclyster)

    Take a 50-110 ml syringe.

  2. Fill the medical pear with medicinal solution, leaving a little room for air.
  3. Take the horizontal position. It's best to lie on your side. The leg that is located on top of the bend in the knee.
  4. Now it is necessary to pull back the upper buttock and insert the plastic pear head into the anus, approximately 2-3 cm deep, previously lubricated with petroleum jelly or vegetable oil to relieve uncomfortable sensations.
  5. Lightly press on the pear to get a little medicine.
  6. Wait 1-3 minutes and remove the tip of the syringe. Allow the drug to come out. Repeat the procedure 3-5 times.

Such irrigation contributes to the diffuse access of drugs to the prostate gland. In order not to spoil furniture it is recommended to spread a diaper or an oilcloth.

Recipes of medicines

  • Hydrogen peroxide. You should take a glass of warm boiled water. Add in it a small amount( 10-20 drops) of 3% hydrogen peroxide. It is no longer possible, because the risk of developing chemical burns is great. Mix the two components. The product produces a bactericidal effect, eliminates swelling and relieves inflammation in the prostate gland. Frequency of application - no more than 1 time per day.
  • Camomile. Take 2 tablespoons chopped chamomile flowers. Brew them half a liter of boiling water. Allow the drug to stand and cool. It is prescribed 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is a week. It is advisable to repeat the therapy six months after the first session. Helps to remove inflammation, has a wound-healing effect, normalizes blood flow in the affected area.
  • Milk with iodine. Take a full glass of milk. To drip 10 drops of iodine solution into alcohol into the milk. Add a few dozen drops of aloe. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The drug removes the pathological tension of the muscles, stops the pain syndrome and has a warming effect.
  • Yarrow. Take 2 tablespoons of shredded raw yarrow. Brew a glass of boiling water. Insist for 15 minutes. The agent has the ability to heal wound surfaces, prevents scar tissue, normalizes blood circulation, prevents bleeding and relieves pain. Yarrow is rightfully called a deposit of useful substances.
  • Oak bark. Take 1 teaspoon of raw material. Pour it with a glass of boiling water and allow the drug to cool. It has an astringent effect, destroys pathogenic bacteria, normalizes the nutrition of the prostate gland. Simultaneously, the patient kills two birds with one stone: heals prostatitis and prevents hemorrhoids.
  • Salt. Take a teaspoon of sea salt. Dilute it with a glass of warm water. Let the salt dissolve. The drug helps to destroy the microflora and gently warms the affected prostate.
  • Cleanses based on oil. A glass of water has 10-20 drops of rose hips, peach, sea buckthorn, eucalyptus, etc. They promote mild heating of the organ and normalize blood circulation in the affected prostate.
  • Manganese. Add in a glass of warm water a pinch of potassium permanganate. Take another container of body temperature water and, gradually adding the original solution, achieve a light pink hue. In no case can not immediately fill the enema with a solution from the first glass: small unmixed crystals of potassium permanganate can cause a severe chemical burn until the perforation of the intestinal wall. Manganese effectively kills pathogenic microorganisms and promotes normalization of blood circulation.
  • Furacilin. It is shown as an auxiliary measure in acute purulent prostatitis, when it passes into the stage of remission. It is required to dissolve 2-3 tablets in a glass of water. It flushes toxic substances, kills pathogenic organisms and normalizes cellular metabolism at the site of injury, improving focal immunity.

Microclysters can be a great help in the treatment of prostatitis, but not the main means of treatment. Moreover, the independent conduct of such procedures is unacceptable. All manipulations are performed only with the permission of the treating specialist. This should not be forgotten.
